LEBANESE CENTER FOR MEDIATION AND CONCILIATION (LCMC) OF THE LEBANESE ASSOCIATION FOR MEDIATION AND CONCILIATION is a training and conflict resolution center that delivers its services in Lebanon and MENA region.
LAMAC through LCMC is aiming to spread the spirit of NON VIOLENT COMMUNICATION, THE CULTURE OF PEACE MAKING and to build and rebuild the bridge of communication between people.

In addition to the founders, LAMAC's team is a group of devoted trainers, Mediators who are committed passionately to achieve the mission and the vision of the center.
The team works jointly in a family spirit in order to spread mediation. Our family is composed of professional mediators, trainers, our partners and all the parties believing in our mission.
- Mona Hanna - President and Founder of LAMAC
- President and Founder of LAMAC - (Lebanese Association for Mediation and Conciliation).
- Director of the Lebanese Center for Mediation and Conciliation linked to LAMAC.
- She started her career as a Professional Mediator in 2008 and as a Trainer in 2010.
- She is specialized in Conflicts Resolution, Mediation, Negotiation and Arbitration.
- Mona is a Master Practitioner and Trainer in NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) and Trainer in the field.
- She is a Consultant in Relational Communication and Non-Violent Communication
- She is specialized in Peer Mediation and Mediation at schools.
- She is a Member of the Belgian Federal Mediation Commission.
- Mona is also a Lecturer in Lebanese University – French section – master degree, in the Research Center of Military School and Trainer at ENA (Ecole Nationale d’Administration) and other institutions.
- She is an International Speaker and Trainer.
- She is the Author of the First Mediation Book in Arabic and several publications in Mediation.
- She initiated the First Certified Mediator Certificates in Arabic, a Certified Mediation Training for Lawyers as well and Mediation Training for Internal Security Forces (ISF) and General Security (GS).
- Mona is also a Lawyer since 2004, Founder and Manager of HANNA for Law, Mediation and Business Consultancy since 2007.
- Karim Noueihed - Vice President of LAMAC
- Karim Noueihed is a Professional Mediator, Trainer and Founding Member at LAMAC.
- Karim started his career as a Mediator in 2009 and as a Ttrainer in 2012.
- He is the Vice President of LAMAC.
- He is specialized in Peer Mediation and Mediation at Schools.
- Karim is a Lawyer since 2004, Founding “Noueihed Law Firm”.
- Has attended & participated many Mediation Conferences, Seminars and Trainings all over the world.
- Maher Hanna - Project Manager at LAMAC
- Maher Hanna is a Professional Mediator, Trainer and Founding Member at LAMAC.
- Maher started his career as a Mediator in 2010 and as a Trainer in 2012.
- He is the Secretary of LAMAC and the Project Manager of the Lebanese Center for Mediation and Conciliation linked to LAMAC.
- He is also specialized in Peer Mediation, Mediation at Schools and in Non- Violent Communication.
- Maher is specialized in Finance and auditing since 2004, Managing Partner at HANNA for Law, Mediation and Business Consultancy.
- Has attended & participated many Mediation Conferences, Seminars and Ttrainings all over the world.
